You have the right
- to express your concerns about the service without fear of losing the service and to have your complaints dealt with fairly and promptly.
- to be represented by an advocate of your choice.
- to be assessed to receive meals without discrimination.
- to have your specific dietary requirements met where possible.
- to privacy and confidentiality
- to expect that no information about you will be provided to anyone else outside the service without your written permission
- to view any information about yourself held by our service.
- to refuse the service without retribution.
As a client you also have responsibilities; these are
- to pay for your meals.
- to comply with our Meal Delivery policy.
- to advise us if you are not going to be home when the meal is delivered.
- to advise us if you are going to be absent for any short or extended time.
