Ashgrove Meals On Wheels' Menus
Ashgrove Meals on Wheels operates on a monthly choice menu where clients can choose between two types of soups, main meals, desserts and sandwiches, as well as frozen meals, juice cups, fresh fruit, breakfast packs and snack packs. Salads will be available from November - March. All our delicious meals are freshly made each day by our qualified chef in our own commercial kitchen. We can cater for diabetic, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free as well as texture modified diets. We aim to provide you with a nutritious, balanced meal to suit your tastes.
We deliver meals Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week, and can provide additional meals for non-delivery days, weekends and public holidays.

How to Order
For existing clients, a paper copy of the menu will be delivered to you in week 2 of the month. Please complete and return to your delivery volunteer by the due date, or you can download, print and complete your order and email the menu to [email protected]
For new clients, please call the office on 3366 4299 to register as a client prior to ordering.

You can also order one or more of our Frozen Menu meals at any time to store in your freezer. Our Frozen Meal Menu items are specially chosen to store and thaw with ease. They are perfect to have on hand if you need an additional meal.
